Welcome to gurugramcricketleague.com, operated by Gravi Digital Infotech Pvt. Ltd., organiser and owner of Gurugram Premier League (“GPL”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing this website or registering for trials, matches, or league participation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or register for the event.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must meet the age and eligibility criteria specified during registration.
• Valid identity proof may be required at any stage.
• For participants under 18 years, guardian consent is mandatory.

GPL reserves the right to approve or reject any registration.

2. Registration & Trial Fee

• Players may be required to pay a non-refundable trial fee or registration fee through the website.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Payment confirmation email/message serves as proof of registration.
• In case of payment failure, participants must contact support immediately.

GPL reserves the right to modify fees for future seasons.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• GPL does not store debit/credit card details.
• Any payment disputes must be raised within 48 hours of transaction.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the sole discretion of the organiser.

4. No Refund Policy

Trial fees and registration fees are generally non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Non-selection after trials
• Player withdrawal
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal reasons

Exceptions (if any) shall be decided solely by GPL management.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Maintain discipline and sportsmanship
• Respect umpires, officials, organisers and other players
• Avoid misconduct, abusive behaviour or violence
• Follow match rules and tournament guidelines

Violation may result in:

• Immediate disqualification
• Ban from current and future seasons
• No refund of fees

6. Injury & Risk Disclaimer

Participation in cricket involves physical activity and inherent risks.

By registering, participants acknowledge:

• They are medically fit to participate
• They assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage
• GPL and Gravi Digital Infotech Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for personal injury during trials or matches

Players are encouraged to have personal medical insurance.

7. Match Schedule & Changes

• Match schedules may change due to weather, ground availability, or operational reasons.
• GPL reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel matches.
• Organisers’ decisions regarding fixtures are final and binding.

8. Media & Content Rights

By participating in GPL, players grant permission to:

• Use photographs, videos and match footage
• Publish promotional material
• Share highlights on social media and website
• Use player images for marketing purposes
• No separate compensation shall be payable for such usage.

9. Disqualification Rights

GPL reserves the right to:

• Reject team or player entries
• Disqualify participants for misconduct
• Cancel participation for false information
• Remove players violating tournament rules

All decisions of the organising committee shall be final.

10. Intellectual Property

• Gurugram Premier League is a sports property of Gravi Digital Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
• Logo, branding, website content and materials are protected intellectual property.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

GPL, its organisers, sponsors, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Financial loss
• Indirect damages
• Technical website issues
• Payment gateway failures beyond our control

Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

12. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Misuse website content
• Attempt hacking or data breaches
• Submit false or misleading information

Legal action may be taken in case of violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

14. Amendments
